i recently purchased this for mom, i wanted something simple and easy to use for her and this phone met the expectations. she loves it, battery life is pretty good and sounds really good playing music "its real loud and clear"

excelente producto, beneficiosa relacion costo beneficio. mi unico consejo es que no active la clave de seguridad para el teclado, pues por lapsos de tiempo el equipo no reconoce dicha clave y por ende puede durar varios minutos son acceder a las funciones normales del equipo.

I bought this phone from Amazon with some expectations. But amazon disappointed me again. This is my second buy of a mobile from amazon and its proven to be wrong. I have decided not to buy mobiles especially from amazon. The ear piece did not work properly. Initialy i thought the calls are getting dropped and its a problem with the service provider, but then i realized that its not the network. Its the phone!!. Finaly i got to a point where i had to speak through the headset, or the speaker turned on. I have now returned this product to amazon.
